My home has been listed with an agent for over three months and I’m not happy. What options do I have?

We originally signed a six month contract with the agent but I want out.

I have not yet spoken with the agent as I wanted to get some more information from the community first.

Unfortunately, the answer to this question probably lies in your contract. Does your contract contain a clause about "satisfaction guaranteed?" If not, there might be a section about penalties for early contract termination.

Always read all contracts thoroughly before signing them and ask your realtor if anything seems confusing.

Good luck!
